Gpu library

Our GPU library is a multi functional graphic command system existing of a HAL, command list, widgets and GUI command set.
It is specially made for the Arduino IDE, and utilizes one framebuffer.
The idea is to have a custom graphics API set for a rich experience, or bare bones if the user desires it.

Current state: in development (initial setup done, a few widgets done).
Aside from the standard drawing functions (drawrect, fillrect, ect..), there are also:

Widgets, which can do have things like:
progressbars, buttons, keyboards, textboxes, listmenus, ect.
A widget is simply put not much more than a custom c++ class
for one or more graphical elements.
A tile based sample GUI with dynamic icon sizes is also provided.
